You don’t need a Stripe account: just enter your card details on the payment page.
Your subscription is activated automatically a few seconds after the payment. Check the Subscription page of your account: it shows the end date of your current subscription.
If it still says you have no active subscription after a few minutes, please don’t pay again: write to helpdesk@wallabag.it with the email address of your wallabag.it account and the date of the payment, and we’ll fix it.
No. A subscription is valid for 3 months or 1 year, and it’s up to you to renew it at the end of the period. No surprise charge on your card.
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period after subscribing: just write to nicolas@wallabag.it.
And since the trial is free and requires no credit card, you can make up your mind before paying anything.
wallabag.it imports your reading list from Pocket, Instapaper, Pinboard, Omnivore, Shaarli, another wallabag instance or any RSS/Atom feed. Tags and read/favourite statuses are kept.

Yes, at any time. You can download your articles in PDF, ePUB, mobi, JSON, CSV, txt or HTML. Your reading list belongs to you.
wallabag.it fetches the page from its own servers, and some websites block it: anti-bot checks (Cloudflare, Anubis…), paywalls or pages that only load their text in the browser.
The easiest fix is to save the article with the Firefox or Chrome extension: it sends the page as you see it in your browser, so it works even on these websites.
For a website that requires a login, you can add your credentials in the Site credentials menu (it only works for some websites).
If a website never works, send the link to helpdesk@wallabag.it: we can sometimes add a specific configuration for it.
First check the Archive list: once marked as read, an article leaves the unread list but stays in your account. The search and the All entries list show everything.
wallabag.it never deletes articles on its own. But a deletion made in any app or extension connected to your account (Android, iOS, e-reader, third-party app) is synchronised and permanent.
Also check that you’re logged in with the right account if you have several. To be on the safe side, you can export your articles regularly.
