Pinboard
Pinboard does one thing and does it well: keeping your links. No ads, a bare interface. Lots of former Delicious users went there.
But Pinboard is made to keep links, not to read articles: there’s no reading view and no offline reading.
The other options
- Raindrop.io: more modern bookmarks, with a reader view in Pro.
- Instapaper: made for reading, but the best features need Premium, around 55 € a year.
Moving from Pinboard
wallabag.it imports your Pinboard bookmarks. Here’s the step-by-step guide. Imports are part of the subscription, not of the free trial.

If you use Pinboard to keep articles you want to read, wallabag.it does that better. If you just archive links, Pinboard is still a good tool.
